I write, design, and research words and experiences.

I'm continuing to add recent work to this site. Since August 2025, most of my engagements have run through Cabin, an AI transformation company, where I shaped both how the firm presents itself and the work it delivers to clients.

I continue to partner with a healthcare AI startup as it heads to launch, where I've led content and messaging strategy, as well as ongoing AI enablement. Before that, I worked with an established healthcare brand to turn peer-reviewed research and internal evidence into behavioral archetypes they could map to web activity on their marketing site.

I also led content strategy, standards, and guidelines for an $80 billion regional bank building a new online and mobile banking experience from the ground up.

Several projects are still in progress or under NDA, so case studies will go up as they become shareable. Happy to walk through any of it in person.
